About The Position

Responsibilities: Program Development: Assist in the design and implementation of New Student Orientation events and sessions Create a timeline and step-by-step guide through CANVAS and Excel Contribute to the process of brainstorming and decision-making regarding orientation and training programs Point of contact for all Regent faculty and resource form submissions Assist with training and supervision of the Orientation Team (RA’s, CGLS, and Orientation Captains) Resource for all orientation staff questions Communication and Marketing: Facilitate communication with all incoming students, their parents, and Regent offices regarding orientation programs Coordinate social media announcements and reply as needed Develop all orientation PowerPoints for speakers and sessions Perform basic office functions: responding to emails, scheduling meeting requests with VPs and speakers, and submitting event requests Proficient in Mail Merge, Pro-Presenter, CANVA, Adobe, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, and Google Requirements: Training: June 2026- (6) hour CPR training with Regent PD (date and time TBD) Position starts June 22nd, 2026, and ends August 21st, 2026.
