About The Position
Student workers will support the Model Laboratory School's Extended Learning Program through direct oversight and interaction with students following daily activities. The Extended Learning Program serves Model students in grades K - 6 from 2:15 PM - 6:00 PM daily, Monday - Friday, during the Model School year. The program is flexible to accommodate university student workers schedules. Student workers must be self-motivated, able to multitask, well organized, possess superior verbal and written communication and time management skills, able to work in small or large groups (students and staff), and provide help with daily activities, homework, and all around supervision. Must be able to meet physical requirements, such as standing, walking, cleaning, or lifting up to 40 pounds.
