About The Position
As a Lope Shops Retail Associate you provide front end customer service for the Lope Shops. You will work at assigned locations including the Lope Shop, Team Shop, Hotel Shop, Stadium Shop, or Baseball Shop. Your primary responsibilities include displaying proper customer service to all who walk into the stores, ensuring the daily list of staff to-do’s is executed, working sporting and special events around campus, assisting in stocking, cleaning, and maintaining all Lope Shops locations, knowing all aspects of the POS system, including returns and department charges, assisting with inventory receiving and transferring, and being a team player who continually strives for excellence.
