About The Position

The Leadership, Ethics, and Values and Social Impact space is a collaborative hub for cross-campus social impact initiatives, serving as a visible point of contact for both campus and community partners. We support the College’s mission to develop “curious, engaged, ethical, and purposeful citizens and leaders” by engaging students in experiential education both on and off-campus that prepares them to enter any community and career with a deep commitment to the common good. As a key tactic in the College’s new strategic plan, the Center seeks to reach every student through a diverse set of academic and co-curricular offerings. Simultaneously, community partners within the non-profit, business and governmental sectors benefit from the investment in human, social, and financial capital that leads to sustained and measurable social impact. Our “Changemaking Pathways” guide students into a host of academic courses, immersion experiences, internships, co-curricular leadership opportunities, and funding sources that equip them with the mindset, skillset and toolkit to lead change:
