About The Position

In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with functions specific to academic support such as career coaching, tutoring, supplemental instruction.

Requirements

Must have completed FIN 4365 – Investment Analysis in a prior semester.
Must have earned a grade of A in the course.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling student work.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and grade exams, assignments, and papers; accurately record and track grades.
Proctor in‑class and/or online examinations to ensure academic integrity.
Prepare and develop instructional materials, including syllabi, visual aids, answer keys, supplemental notes, and course website content.
Copy, organize, and distribute classroom and course‑related materials as needed.
May assist with researching and developing educational or training material(s)
Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
May assist with identifying educational and training needs and provide recommendations
May coordinate educational or training sessions, webinars, workshops
May assist with recommending and developing departmental processes and procedures
May serve as a source to answer questions, provide information and resolve concerns
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners
May lead or present training or other educational topics
May create creative content for educational or training materials
May partner or work with department leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
