The Institutional Events Assistant will assist the Logistics Strategist in performing duties required to successfully facilitate events on campus. This role requires great attention to detail and management of many simultaneous tasks without much supervision and with impeccable customer service. Job functions include arranging events across campus for departmental and student groups. This includes writing agreements, regular phone and email communication with clients, creating room diagrams using a computer program, handling any special requests, ensuring all campus policies and procedures are being followed, answering the office phone, providing excellent customer service and other tasks as assigned.
