About The Position

Campus Recreation engages students and the Baylor community in experiential learning and recreational and leisure activities that equip individuals to live balanced, holistic, and healthy lifestyles. The Fitness Center enhances the mission by helping students, faculty, & staff engage in healthy lifestyle practices, encouraging cardiovascular and muscular fitness. This role provides quality customer service and maintains a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all Fitness Center patrons.

Requirements

• Moderate to heavy lifting is required to organize gym equipment.
• Must have strong communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Display time management skills

Responsibilities

• Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative
• Assist with various projects, activities, and tasks related to business operations
• Ability to comply with University policies
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
