The Child & Family Research Center (CFRC) is recruiting for reliable student employees to assist lead teachers in providing high quality early care and education in classrooms with children from six weeks to seven-years-old. Using developmentally appropriate practices, help children learn pro-social behavior, communication skills, language and early literacy skills, cognitive development, and participate in physical activities to aid in the development of muscular, gross, and fine motor skills. Assist in the development of emotional well-being of children by creating a climate of acceptance, empathy and diversity awareness for individual children and by providing developmentally appropriate alternatives to unacceptable behavior.
