Job includes various office duties including filing, tracking information, submitting work orders, answering, and screening calls; assist faculty, staff, students, and visitors as needed; shared space maintenance; working with Excel and Word; any other duties as requested by supervisor. Manage confidential materials; attention to detail; strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of general clerical skills; organizational and time management skills; proficiency in basic computer office software and office equipment. The ability to comply with University policies and maintain regular and punctual attendance. Provide general office assistance and support Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance
