About The Position
General Job Description: A student worker employee for the Sports Information Office is a representative of the office both in the office and on campus. The appointed individual will: Assist with sports events (music, scoreboard). Keep stats. Film sports events. Have some sports knowledge (not required). Basketball skill preferred. Run campus errands. Learn particulars/responsibilities of the office. Be a friendly and outgoing team player. Perform other tasks as assigned. Salary and Hours Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland. Students will work a total of eight (8) hours per week. What are the benefits of working while in school?
