About The Position
The Student Worker in Athletic Ticket Sales & Membership will assist in selling a full menu of ticket options for Baylor University's athletic events. This position is ideal for candidates seeking a professional career within sports ticket sales. The role involves working with other student workers and full-time staff to provide superior customer service through various channels including phone calls, face-to-face appointments, in-stadium meetings, and special events. The student worker will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and emails, making outbound calls to current season ticket holders and prospective purchasers, and maintaining accurate records of clients and prospects using Salesforce. The pay rate for this position ranges from $7.25 to $10.00, depending on previous customer service experience.
