About The Position
The Work Ethic Certification Program is a voluntary initiative designed for high school seniors in Hardin County to promote strong work ethics and provide them with valuable opportunities upon successful completion. Participants will earn a Work Ethic certificate and gain advantages such as interview coaching, resume building, and guaranteed job interviews with local businesses, enhancing their readiness for the workforce or further education.
