Hatch is currently seeking motivated students for a Transit Business Analyst internship opportunity. This role is designed for current students pursuing a degree in Business, particularly in fields such as Economics, Data Analytics, or Mathematics. As a Transit Business Analyst Intern, you will be immersed in a dynamic work environment where you will contribute to solving some of our clients' most challenging problems. You will have the opportunity to develop and assist in the preparation of cost models, financial models, or business cases for various projects and initiatives, both for external clients and within Hatch itself. This internship is not just about gaining experience; it’s about living our company’s manifesto, which emphasizes putting our planet first and making each day a step toward positive change. In this role, you will critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and deconstruct high-level information to identify the underlying fundamental drivers. You will also be responsible for collating and summarizing information using data collected from existing sources, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions. Your ability to communicate proactively and collaborate with internal customers will be essential as you analyze information needs and deliver written reports, presentations, and verbal reports as required. This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to learn about different sectors, processes, and the culture that drives our business while developing relationships with your managers and colleagues.
