Responsibilities

• Engage in a 90-day mentorship program, offering valuable observation and hands-on experience.
• Participate in new hire orientation classes, focusing on observing and practicing styling, color techniques, and honing skills on mannequins.
• Sharpen clipper cutting and fading skills through advanced classes tailored to enhance expertise.

Requirements

• Must be a Cosmetology Student within 90 days of graduating or a recent Cosmetology Student graduate.

Benefits
