About The Position

Leading Edge Equipment is excited to offer an opportunity for high school students and recent graduates who are interested in the John Deere Tech Program to begin building a career in the agriculture and equipment industry. The John Deere Tech Program is a two-year technical education program designed to prepare students for a successful career as a John Deere Service Technician. Students receive hands-on training, classroom instruction, and real-world experience working with John Deere equipment and technology. Students who are interested in the John Deere Tech Program can apply to work with Leading Edge Equipment: After school during the school year Full-time during summer breaks Before and throughout the John Deere Tech Program (with sponsorship opportunities available) This position allows students to gain hands-on experience in our shop, work alongside experienced technicians, and learn what a career with Leading Edge Equipment looks like before entering the program.
