GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, answer phone calls for the Student Services Office during peak periods. The position also involves working with confidential information. The work schedule will have variable hours between 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday. We will work around class schedule, but preference given to those with mid-day availability.
