The Student Support Coordinator for the College of Health Sciences serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students in select current and future graduate programs, with primary responsibility for the Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences (MABS) and Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) programs, and limited support for the Physician Assistant (PA) program. The Student Support Coordinator manages the admissions workflow from initial inquiry through enrollment. This position supports prospective and current students by coordinating outreach, processing applications, maintaining applicant communication, and assisting with course registration. The coordinator ensures a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout the admissions and onboarding process. Responsibilities include verifying application completeness, communicating with applicants, coordinating with academic programs during the review process, and assisting admitted students with registration and onboarding. In addition, this position provides administrative support to the Dean of the College of Health Sciences and the Graduate Dean. The role also supports undergraduate and graduate academic operations, including assistance with registration processes, advising coordination, and student appeals. This is an entry level professional position that reports to the Dean of the College of Health Sciences and does not include supervisory responsibilities.
