About The Position
Empire Beauty School is seeking multiple Full-Time Remote Student Support Coordinators as we expand our Customer Contact Department. Our Student Support Coordinators are the first step in our admissions process by solving problems, supporting our customers with confidence, and making every interaction count. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up appointments for prospective students to visit one of our schools. We're looking for assertive, solution-driven agents who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to take control of a conversation with empathy and clarity. This is a full-time remote position, which requires the ability to work a semi-permanent schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The hourly pay rate is $18.00. Candidates for this position must reside within one of the following states: NY, NC, MD, VA, MA, ME, RI, NJ, PA, IL, OH, IN, KY, TN, GA, FL, AZ, CO, MN, WI, or MI.
