The individual leads and coordinates the school’s efforts to ensure that all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally and ensures high-quality, research-based learning support across divisions. This individual works with the Student Support Team, Division Heads, faculty, staff, and families, and provides direct support and counseling to students. The individual helps to develop and implement systems, policies, and practices to meet a wide range of student needs—including neurodiversity, learning differences, social-emotional challenges, and other issues that arise. The individual is both a strategic coordinator and a hands-on practitioner, building a school culture of inclusion, equity, and holistic well-being. While the position will support the whole school, preschool through Grade 8, focus will primarily be on supporting students in Kindergarten through Grade 8.
