About The Position

Join our Council Bluffs as a Student Support Assistant / Nursing Aid! You’ll play a key role in providing academic and behavioural support for multiple students.
Responsibilities
May be required to teach directed studies courses such as English and Math curricula as developed by a certified teacher
Collaborate with the local team to address the student's needs and support inclusive instruction
Maintain accurate records of student's progress and activities.

About You
To be considered for this position you must have:
You must be living in the USA and authorized to work here.
College diploma RPN or similar; additional coursework in education, special education would be an asset but not required.
Experience working with students who utilize a wheelchair or other mobility devices preferred.
Training and experience in catheterization, feeding and mobility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting the student's educational and personal development.
