About The Position

The Student Supervisor at Sodexo is a peer leader responsible for overseeing student employees engaged in food operations or services at various facilities. Requirements

• Must be a current student at the school of the work location that Sodexo is partnering with
• Some previous work experience preferred
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to nurture a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign responsibilities for specific work or functional activities as directed by on-site management
• Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties
• Assist in orientation and training of student employees
• Oversee student uniforms, timecards, work schedules and staffing
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
