About The Position
This position works 38.5 hours each week in a variety of special collections and archives-related tasks, such as maintenance of archives collections, and overseeing patron requests. They will engage positively and professionally with visitors, explaining policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of collection materials, and referring patrons to other points of service when appropriate. Work this summer will also include moving all the collections into the new vault, and will require the ability to lift books and boxes and push carts.
