About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable extern to become a part of our team. In this role, you will need to acquaint yourself with the resources available for the benefit of our members and employees. In addition to office duties, the extern will have the opportunity to meet managers and executives.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
• Must be minimum 16 years of age.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Be available for the entire summer break, flexible hours, Monday - Friday (with the exception of planned vacation or needed days off to be discussed with department).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Inventory organization, updates, and tracking
• Updating Tracking spreadsheets
• Print, Scan, and filing documents.
• Data entry
• Basic clerical duties, including answering phones and taking referrals
