About The Position
The Student Success Coordinator is a member of the community school team for Catholic Charities. Manager will work primarily with an identified set of youth to actively support the scholars and ensure that a strong commitment to academic, attendance and social achievement is evident. The Coordinator will also focus on items related to College and Career Readiness objectives during the daytime programming. This includes the completion of Student Success Plans, Hartford Public Schools high school applications and Choice applications as well as facilitating college exploration activities. The position facilitates leadership development for middle school students. It is a 35 hour per week position that works both during the school day and in after school.
