The Student Success Coordinator is a key member of the Student Affairs division, working within the Advising and Orientation team to support students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals. Reporting to the Director of Advising and Orientation, this role takes a holistic approach to student support-integrating academic advising, personal development, onboarding, and retention efforts-to promote persistence and timely degree completion. The Student Success Coordinator collaborates closely with faculty to ensure students receive accurate, current, and comprehensive curriculum advising. They also work across campus to address barriers to success, connect students to resources, and contribute to a coordinated student experience from entry to graduation. The Student Success Coordinator is part of a collaborative advising team of six Student Success Coordinators and the Director of Advising and Orientation. Student Success Coordinators collaborate with faculty advisors to provide resources and support in providing consistent, equitable, and student-centered support.
