About The Position
The Student Success Coach is responsible for providing personalized holistic student support and coaching. This role involves creating learning opportunities and conditions that lead to the achievement of students' academic and career goals. The Student Success Coach will monitor student persistence and progression towards graduation using appropriate advising technology, ensuring compliance with degree program requirements, college policy, and federal and state regulations.
