About The Position
The Student Success Coach at Georgia Gwinnett College is responsible for promoting student success and persistence by providing timely intervention and support for students needing academic recovery. This role involves proactive collaboration with faculty and staff to facilitate academic planning, monitor student progress, and connect students with necessary resources. The coach will provide individualized support, particularly for students in the GROW program, and respond to alerts from faculty regarding student performance. Evening and weekend hours may be required.
