About The Position
An incumbent is responsible for working directly with his/her peers to engage students in utilizing College resources and becoming involved in campus activities. The incumbent will also assist with special projects and initiatives to promote student success. This is a temporary, part-time classification. The incumbent typically works in the Division of Student Affairs and/or the Division of Instruction. Student Success Aides may be assigned to work in multiple departments, such as the Learning Commons, Student Life, Career Services, Recruitment, and Student Success Courses. The incumbent serves as a role model and guide for prospective and current students.
