About The Position
The Student Success Advisor is a full-time, 12-month position focused on providing specialized retention outreach and support services within the Center for Student Success at Carthage College. This role is dedicated to facilitating students' successful transition to college and supporting their ongoing academic success and persistence through graduation, particularly for underrepresented and underserved populations.
