Student Services Support Specialist

Compensation Range: $17.51 - $26.69 Position Summary: Hiring Salary Range: $17.51 to $19.26 depending on qualifications. Provides specialized clerical support to the assigned department to enable effective office operations. Job Duties: Process HCC admissions applications. Florida residency review for tuition purposes (DMV DAVID system). Review and enter incoming transcripts. Customer services response to emails and or phone calls. Various data entry projects Collaborate with other departments/campus for problem resolution. Assist with preparation of annual commencement ceremony. Performs other similar and related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED and one-year of prior-related work experience Preferred Qualifications: Good oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft suite software and Ellucian Datatel Colleague knowledge a plus Close Date: July 1, 2025.
