About The Position
The Lake Washington School District is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual for the position of Student Services Specialist for the 2024-2025 school year. This role is classified as a Teacher or Counselor on Special Assignment (TOSA) and is a full-time position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Student Services team, focusing on the implementation of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Restorative Practices (RP), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) throughout the district. In this role, the Student Services Specialist will collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behavior and emotional well-being among students. The salary for this position is based on the teacher salary schedule, with additional compensation for 21 extra days and a stipend contract.
