The Student Services Specialist position is assigned to the Connect2Success Call Center and is responsible for providing technical support services that facilitate students' access to education, financial assistance, special program benefits, and placement services. This role is crucial in contributing to student self-sufficiency and academic success. The position is part-time, with a maximum of 20 hours per week, and the annual salary is $31,668. The Call Center operates Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Specialists will be assigned shifts based on these hours, and the recruitment may also be used to fill future vacancies.
