Merced College is excited to announce an opening for a Student Services Assistant (SSA) to join our dedicated EOPS/CARE teams. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our intake processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner, while supporting the diverse needs of our students, staff, county partners, and the broader community. As a key member of the team, you will actively participate in both in-reach and outreach activities, providing valuable information about available services to current and prospective students-both on campus and at our partner high schools. You will also assist students with the EOPS/CARE application process, as well as monitor and communicate their application status. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic and diverse group of colleagues across campus departments, all working together to advance student equity and success.
