About The Position
The Student Services Analyst in the Financial Aid Department is responsible for conducting research, evaluation, and analysis of Title IV, Campus-Based Aid, and Scholarship programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves reconciling financial aid programs, solving complex issues, leading project teams, supervising staff, and providing training. The analyst will manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and assist with recruitment and campus events with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Additionally, they serve as a subject matter expert, offering support, guidance, and high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
