About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Learn Supply Chain operations Design supply chain information queries using database tools Data gathering with different sites Develop training documentation Responsibilities To be successful in this role you will need the following: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools preferred Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to work independently and within teams as needed Ideal candidate working toward an undergraduate degree , Qualifications The student will learn end-to-end customer order management processes and collaborate with the IT team on a project focused on system and process automation. The role will also provide hands-on exposure to daily supply chain operations, including order management and logistics support.

Responsibilities

• Support daily order management and logistics activities
• Assist with system process automation projects in collaboration with the IT team
• File and organize documents and records
• Respond to emails and communications using Microsoft Outlook
• Maintain logs and documentation in shared drives
• Assist in drafting and updating work instructions and process documentation
• Complete project-based work using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
