The Institute for Engagement + Negotiation (IEN) is hiring multiple S tudent Research Assistants (SRAs) to support various projects facilitating stakeholder engagement on topics such as community and climate resilience, data centers, rail and public transportation, and others. This position will allow an SRA to gain hands-on experience in project management, and in designing and implementing a stakeholder engagement process with other IEN staff. Responsibilities could include: Qualitative research and analysis, including stakeholder interviews and focus groups Event planning and logistical support for in person and virtual engagements Agenda, report, and meeting summary development Stakeholder mapping and outreach Project management support (coordination, scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, etc.) Note taking at team meetings and workshops Policy research Other roles related to project support not listed here

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to support design of graphic and visually engaging materials for public audiences
