About The Position

This position is for current research students on the Representation in Healthcare Education project at the Vaccaro lab. We examine how teaching and learning about the human body affect attitudes and perceptions in future healthcare workers. Students will work with their faculty mentor to conduct research as outlined in the 2025-2026 GEL award.

Requirements

• Must be a current UVU student

Responsibilities

• Assisting in programming, coordinating, and conducting data collection efforts, including survey research
• Gathering and compiling quantitative data using both traditional and AI-assisted methods
• Assisting with transcription and/or coding of qualitative data
• Cleaning and analyzing data and data files
• Producing summaries of data from data sets
• Learning and conducting basic statistical analysis
