Paid in $10,000 installments every six months over three years (total of six payments) Upon commencement of work as a CRNA, all FTE CRNAs working in a hospital setting are offered a $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0FTEs (or prorated for <1.0FTEs) and paid monthly based on FTE status, for each fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). $2500 annual CME allowance for 1.0 FTEs (40hrs/week), prorated for those working less Up to $8,000 relocation budget is available for CRNAs who reside and relocate 50 miles or more to live near the Duke Facility. Requirements

  • BSN is required.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
  • At least 2 years of critical care experience to be accepted into the program.
  • Must have current RN licensure.
