Duke Regional Hospital is the second largest of Duke Health's three hospitals and offers a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, and diagnostic services, including orthopedics, weight-loss surgery, women's services, and heart and vascular services.

Requirements

  • BSN is required.
  • Must be enrolled in an MSN or DNP accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program with pending 2024 graduation.
  • Must have current RN licensure issued by the NCBON.
  • Must obtain CRNA certification upon graduation.
  • At least 2 years of critical care experience to be accepted into the program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the DUHS SRNA program while attending an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Commit to work at Duke upon graduation and earning CRNA certification.
  • Apply and be accepted into the program as a current SRNA.

Benefits

  • $36,000 lump sum sign-on bonus paid during senior year of CRNA school for committing to work at Duke after graduation from accredited CRNA school.
  • $12,000 additional commitment bonus paid in two installments of $6,000 each on the 6-month and 12-month work anniversaries.
  • $8,000 relocation budget if moving 50 or more miles to be close to Duke Regional Hospital.
