You’ll be responsible for timely support of student application processing in compliance with government and management directives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field; or Associate’s degree and two years related experience required.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion, applicant tracking system, and ticketing software solution.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team effort.
Responsibilities
- Interview interested candidates and obtained required information on each one, ensure all documents required to support eligibility are obtained, properly completed, and included in applicant's folder.
- Maintain accountability logs of organizations contacted, individuals contacted, referrals to screening agencies and subsequent enrollments.
- Follow established plans, procedures, systems, goals and objectives to ensure Job Corp Outreach & Admissions contract compliance and achievement of DOL established outcomes
- Meet or exceed student admissions goals each month.
- Stay current with center statistics and maintain continuous contact with the center to coordinate efforts, discuss problems and develop resolutions.
