About The Position

The Student Recruiting Assistant for Women's Track and Field at North Central College is responsible for engaging with prospective student-athletes through phone calls and providing them with information about the college and its athletic programs. This role involves assisting the coaching staff in recruiting efforts and other related projects as assigned. The position requires a dynamic personality and the ability to communicate effectively with potential recruits, as well as a strong understanding of Track & Field events.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a North Central College student.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Dynamic personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding and Knowledge of Track & Field events.

Responsibilities

• Phone calling prospective student-athletes from our database and as assigned by coaching staff.
• Provide information and advice about North Central College generally, and specifically information about NCC's Track & Field and Cross Country teams.
• Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
