About The Position
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts from graduate and undergraduate schools, as well as Pre-health advisors, primarily based at the Middletown campus. This role involves organizing open houses, attending career fairs, and collaborating with the Admissions Team to attract and retain qualified candidates for the College of Osteopathic Medicine. The Recruiter will report directly to the Assistant Dean(s) of Student Services and will play a crucial role in enhancing the university's brand and recruitment metrics.
