The primary role of this position is to provide information and assistance for all functions associated with the Registrar's Office via phone, in-person, or email interaction. These include but are not limited to, admission to the university, registering for classes and all policies and procedures related to student records. The position will provide service to not only the current student population, but prospective students, faculty and staff as well as alumni and community members. This position will also provide program or process oversight for one or more specific business operations such as special program enrollment, residency classification assistance, official enrollment verification, transcript or educational record procurement, or special appeal exceptions. The position will be responsible for accurately creating, posting, maintaining and preserving the integrity of official student academic records.
