The position involves preparing, guiding, instructing, and demonstrating anatomical structures for each lab session. The instructor is expected to attend all lab preview meetings prior to the start of each lab session and provide instruction during open-labs for dissection and identification of anatomical structures. Additionally, the role includes assisting in administering and grading laboratory exams, as well as providing individual and small group tutoring outside of scheduled lab times. The instructor will also perform dissections ahead of scheduled lab sessions as needed and assist with lab clean-up and organization.
