About The Position

Friendship is accepting applications for Full-Time Student Nursing Assistants. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. This is a paid training class! Our CNAs provide the highest quality of care and excellent customer service! Full Time CNA Sign On Bonus - $2,500 paid out equally over 25 pay periods after passing CNA state boards Class/Clinical Schedule: Classroom Instruction: June 8th - June 26th, Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Clinical: June 29th - July 3rd, Monday - Friday from 6:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Shift Available After Completion of the Course: 2nd shift only – hours are 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. CNA Roles & Responsibilities: Be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, making a difference in accordance with each resident’s plan of care Assist resident with daily personal care, bath and bathroom functions Maintain records of resident care and condition Assist resident with toileting, walking, repositioning, sitting, and standing with or without the use of medical equipment Comply with all requirements set forth in individual resident care plans, utilizing the kardex for guidance Report any injuries, skin conditions, or other changes to residents’ condition/behavior to supervisor immediately Prepare, serve, and provide feeding assistance as necessary to include but not limited to set-up

Requirements

• Must be able to attend all class sessions
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 2nd shift
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day.
• The employee must frequently lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds

Responsibilities
