About The Position

The Nurse Technician assists nursing staff in delivering patient care by performing specific tasks under the direction of a registered nurse. This role is essential in providing quality care to patients and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Currently enrolled in a school of nursing program or completed a nursing program within the last year without obtaining a Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of patient care as a team member under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Perform patient care tasks and document all procedures in accordance with department policy.
• Actively participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships with all individuals.
