About The Position

Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, performs the primary function of a Student Nurse Technician in assessing, planning, implementing, educating, prioritization, delegation and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Is responsible for managing all assigned personal supplies, equipment on the unit, and for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
• Completion of fundamentals course within 90 days of hire.
