About The Position

The Mayo Clinic Health System Student Nurse Summer Internship Program in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is a paid internship for nursing students; providing opportunities to gain valuable experience and clinical skills. Interns rotate through clinic and hospital departments including those in Eau Claire, Osseo, Menomonie, Bloomer and/or Barron Wisconsin. The program runs for 11 weeks, beginning May 26th, 2026 and ending August 7th, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be a nursing student.
• Must have completed relevant academic programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
• Complete tasks that have been taught in academic programs and/or orientation.
• Demonstrate competence in designated tasks to a designated RN.
