MercyOne will invest in the training of Student by paying a monthly stipend toward applicable certification, board, and/or and license fees. The amount and duration of the Stipend depends on the position sought by Student. The availability of the Stipend at a particular MercyOne ministry depends on that ministry's local market and vacancy rate in any given department or position.
