About The Position
Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire a Student Nurse Extern who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Student Nurse Extern, you will fulfill all CNA duties and will be allowed to perform advanced nursing skills under the RN’s supervision and guidance. You may be counted in staffing (as applicable per entity) but not to be used in a companion role. You will be hired as an AHC variable-part time (VPT) employee and directly report to the unit manager.
